TOWN REQUIREMENTS:
To create a town you will need $500. If you do not have $500, Voting is an easy way to get some starting money.
Once you have $500 you need to find a spot where you would like to make your town. Travel to the /survival world and use /rtp to be randomly teleported until you find a spot.
WARNING: You will need to check if the spot you want to make a Town is available. To do so you need to use the command /towny map.
This will make a small map of the surrounding chunks appear in your chat.
If that map is empty you can make a Town in that spot, if it is not you will need to find another spot.
CREATING A TOWN AND CLAIMING CHUNKS:
Once you have both the money and have found a spot it is time to create your town. Use the command /town create <townname> to create your town.
Claiming chunks costs no money but there is a limit to how many chunks you can claim. This limit is your town size and is based off how many people are in your town. Every person in your town adds 12 claims. Town size and other info can be seen when using the command /town.
To claim chunks use the command /town claim. Claims must be made to adjacent chunks. To unclaim chunks use the command /town unclaim.
Press F3 + G to toggle on and off chunk borders.
TOWN SPAWN AND INVITING PLAYERS:
Now that your town is created you can use the command /town spawn to be teleported to your town. To move the location of your town spawn use the command /town set spawn.
To invite other players to your town use the command /town invite <playername>.
